Alex grew up swimming these bays before the first ferry-load of visitors ever arrived. What started as one jet ski and a beach umbrella in 2014 is now Koh Larn's most trusted water sports crew — a family-run team of licensed skippers, dive guides and lifeguards who treat every guest like a friend who just stepped off the boat.
We keep our fleet new, our briefings honest and our prices on a board for everyone to see — no haggling, no hidden extras, no shortcuts on safety. Just the clearest water in the gulf and a crew that wants you back next year.

Our full-island day trip — the one guests write home about. Seven hours, five stops, every activity included. Runs daily with a maximum of eight guests per boat.
Meet the crew
Hotel pickup in Pattaya or meet us on the sand. Coffee, briefing, life jackets fitted, GoPros charged.
Jet ski session
Thirty minutes of open-throttle laps with a guide escort. Nervous riders get a patient one; confident riders get a fast one.
Snorkel the reef
Anchor off the twin-bay island next door. Parrotfish, clownfish and — most days — a sea turtle called Somchai.
Thai beach lunch
Grilled seafood, som tam and mango sticky rice under the casuarina trees. Vegetarian? Tell us the day before — done.
Parasail over the island

The public ferry from Bali Hai Pier takes about 45 minutes (฿30). A speedboat takes 15 minutes. Book any package with us and we'll arrange the crossing — Explorer and VIP guests get hotel pickup and the boat ride included.
No. Life jackets are mandatory on every activity, and sea walking was designed for non-swimmers — your head stays dry inside the helmet. Tell the crew your comfort level and they'll match the pace to you.
Very. Kids ride the banana boat from age 6, snorkel from 8, and can ride two-up on a jet ski with a parent from 10. We carry child-size jackets in every size and our skippers slow the ride the moment anyone looks unsure.
Safety calls are ours to make and refunds are yours to keep: if we cancel for weather, you choose a full refund or a free rebooking. If conditions change mid-package, we complete what's safe and refund the rest — no forms, no fuss.
Swimwear, sunscreen (reef-safe if you can), sunglasses with a strap and a change of clothes. We provide towels, lockers, fresh water and dry bags. Leave valuables at your hotel — our beach base has a safe for phones and wallets.
No deposit for standard bookings — reserve on WhatsApp and pay on the beach by cash, card or Thai QR. VIP charters hold the boat with a 20% deposit, fully refundable up to 48 hours before.
