Official WhatsApp Business API vs unofficial tools: what actually gets numbers banned

Every week a business loses its WhatsApp number, and with it years of customer conversations, because someone plugged a browser extension or a cracked 'bulk sender' into WhatsApp Web. These tools automate the consumer app, which Meta's terms explicitly prohibit, and Meta's detection has gotten very good.

Two very different rails

This is not a limitation to fight; it is why WhatsApp inboxes are not spam folders, and why open rates on the channel still embarrass email.
