These terms govern your use of the Tensra website and the services we provide. By working with us or using the site, you agree to them.
Services
Tensra provides voice AI agents, WhatsApp AI agents, website design and development, and SEO services, as described on this site. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate agreement or quote.
Engagements and scope
Each engagement is governed by its own agreed scope. Any work outside that scope may require a change request or additional fees. We will always confirm changes with you before proceeding.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms, and schedules are set out in your quote or invoice. Audits are fixed-price projects. Voice AI plans are billed monthly plus usage. Custom work is quoted to scope.
Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, you own the deliverables created for you, except for our pre-existing tools, methods, and libraries, which we retain. Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to use them to process data in ways that violate applicable law or the rights of others.
Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us as confidential and expect the same in return. Where needed, we will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided using reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim.
